Inflatable 5K

Get ready for a day of fun and adventure as the Inflatable 5K comes to the Norfolk Showground this October.

The course is packed with giant inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels and you can choose to run a 2.5k, 5k, 10k or 15k route.

Whether you’re an experienced runner, a complete beginner or are just looking for an exciting day out with the family, there is an option for you.

Why should I run for you?

Whilst we share the logo of the National RSPCA , we are a completely independent, local charity that works solely across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Every year we help thousands of local animals and pet owners through our adoption and rehoming scheme, veterinary financial assistance and pet food bank.

We are responsible for raising our own funds and receive no government funding so by running for us you’ll be helping us continue our vital work of rescuing, rehoming and rehabilitating.

By selecting a charity place and running on behalf of RSPCA Norwich, you also pay a cheaper registration fee!
All we ask is that in return you raise a little money on our behalf and we’ll be with you every step of the way to support you.
