Store Manager

Due to the current Manager taking retirement, we are now looking for a new Manager. A tough act to follow, but we are hoping someone with the same passion and drive will be willing to take over the reins of this well established shop.
Working collaboratively with shop staff and volunteers, you will have overall responsibility for management of the shop. This includes, but is not limited to, sales, sort and store areas, promotion of merchandise to attract custom and recruiting and training volunteers. Providing a good standard of service to customers within specified guidelines and ensuring good practice in the shop.
