Retail Support Manager

The Retail Support Manager (RSM) works under the direction of the Retail Trading Manager (RTM) and is responsible for providing relief cover in our seven shops across Norfolk and Suffolk (located in Attleborough, Cromer, Dereham, Norwich, Sheringham and Wymondham), ensuring key functions of the shop operate smoothly.

Working collaboratively with shop staff and volunteers, you will ensure that all facets of the shop are run in an efficient manner. This includes, but is not limited to, sales, sort and store areas, promotion of merchandise to attract custom and recruiting and training volunteers. Providing a good standard of service to customers within specified guidelines and ensuring good practice in the shop.

You will be an outgoing and enthusiastic individual with strong communication abilities and excellent attention to detail, who always will maintain the excellent standards expected from the RSPCA, being supportive and sympathetic to the aims of the charity.

This is a mobile role, so a driving license and car owner is essential.

Office Manager

RSPCA Mid Norfolk and North Suffolk Branch Ashwellthorpe

Do you have administrative experience and are passionate about animal welfare?

The Office Manager (OM) will work under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will manage all of the administrative functions carried out by the RSPCA Mid Norfolk & North Suffolk Branch.

Working collaboratively with Branch staff, volunteers and Trustees you will be responsible for all central administrative functions of the Branch in order to support the other key functions and smooth operation of the Branch network.

You will be an outgoing and enthusiastic individual with strong communication abilities and excellent attention to detail, who at all times will maintain the excellent standards expected from the RSPCA, being supportive and sympathetic to the aims of the charity.
