Deputy Shop Manager (Sheringham)
24 hours a week, £12.25 per hour

The Deputy Shop Manager will work under the direction of the shop manager and the Retail Trading Manager and will ensure the smooth running of the shop, including sales, sorting and storage areas; promoting merchandise to attract custom and achieve sales targets of donated and new goods; recruiting and training volunteers. Providing a good standard of service to customers within specified guidelines and ensuring best practice in the shop.
You will have previous experience of working in a retail role and possess excellent communication and customer care skills. You will be willing to learn Health & Safety, Trading Standards and GDPR regulations. Your IT proficiency will be strong and you will have the ability to use your initiative regularly whilst working in a busy retail environment.
