Terms & Conditions
Payment by a member of the public for a neutering voucher is acceptance of the following terms & conditions, as outlined below.
- All neutering vouchers require an owner contribution, see below for contribution amounts:
Cats: £45
Dogs: £150
Rabbits: £70 - Vouchers are available to all animal owners within the postcode catchment area.
- Vouchers are non-refundable or exchangeable.
- You must apply for each animal requiring neutering and one voucher is offered per procedure.
- You are the legal owner/keeper of the animal you are applying for.
- Vouchers only cover the cost of a basic neutering procedure, with pain relief. They do not include additional support materials or treatments such as Elizabethan collars, dissolvable sutures, further blood tests, pregnancy surcharges or retained testicles.
- Multiple vouchers will only be issued with prior agreement only.
- All owner contributions must be paid online directly to RSPCA Norwich at the time of application.
- Any queries regarding neutering vouchers must be made to RSPCA Norwich (contact details are as displayed on this document).
- Vouchers are only valid at a participating partner veterinary practice (details available as part of the application process). Owners must attend the chosen veterinary practice selected unless authorisation is given to change practice prior to the appointment being booked.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue only, unless an extraordinary circumstances whereby small extensions might be granted under discretion.
- A veterinary examination is required prior to any neutering procedure taking place to ensure confirm that the animal is in good health and able to undergo the procedure.
- Post-operative advice will be issued by the veterinary practice undertaking the procedure, it is recommended that such advice is adhered to.
- RSPCA Norwich will hold your information solely for the purpose of the administration of any vouchers issued. Your information will be shared solely with the participating partner veterinary practice selected by you
