Administration Officer

Location: Ashwellthorpe HQ, Norfolk

Salary Band: £22,500

Reports to: Head of Shared Services

The Administration Officer (AO) works under the direction of the Head of Shared Services (HSS) and is responsible for the administration of the Ashwellthorpe Office.

Working collaboratively with Branch staff, Trustees and volunteers, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Shared Services Team has efficient and thorough administrative processes in place that support other key functions and the smooth operation of the internal and external Branch network.

An administrative professional with line management experience, you will have a strong track record in managing operational services including health and safety and have strong data administration and IT skills. Working alongside the Head of Shared Services you will support the shared services strategy throughout its development and implementation, with a focus on internal and external stakeholders.
